The celebrated actor and now turned politician landed into trouble in his bid to own a V8 engine vehicle that allegedly belonged to the government. His attempt to have this vehicle allegedly resprayed didn’t go down well for him as members of National Security confiscated the car from his mechanics.

Explaining what had happened on this vehicle and state on Joy News in 2017, John Dumelo mentioned that he took the car to his mechanic for regular servicing and left. Later he got a call from the mechanic that individuals from the National Security were in the shop for the car. He made the security personnel take the car away and later went for the reimbursement of his money.

It was an epic birthday gift for Nana Aba Anamoah on June 19 when she was gifted a Range Rover with the license plate GR 2050 – 20. A quick check on car registration shortcode 92057# showed this license plate on her Range Rover belonged to a different vehicle- Nissan Rogue.

Following these issues, Nana Aba Anamoah did the needful and registered her gifted Range Rover N 1-20. Nana Aba Anamoah claimed she didn’t know the previous license plate on the car was fake.

Following a banter between Prophet Badu Kobi and politician, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, Prophet Badu Kobi of Glorious Wave Church had some of his cars ceased over unpaid import duties. These vehicles included: Porsche Panamera and Lincoln Navigator.
